Yes. Send the BoQ as PDF or Excel. We quote line-by-line, flag any items where lead time may extend, and suggest equivalent authorised parts only with your written approval — never silently substituted.

Construction & Real Estate — Do you ship in phased lots aligned to construction milestones?

Accepted Answer

Standard practice. Most projects go in two to four containers — typically rough-in materials first (cables, conduit, back-boxes), then switchgear, then finish items (plates, lighting). Each phase is a separate proforma and BL.

Construction & Real Estate — Will the brands you supply be on the developer or utility approved-vendor list?

Accepted Answer

Schneider, Legrand, Havells, Polycab and L&T are on every major UAE and KSA developer / utility AVL we have seen. We provide authorisation letters and country-of-origin certificates per container.

MEP Contractors — Can we get a single proforma covering electrical scope across multiple brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's our default for MEP customers. One quote, one PO, one BL, one invoice covering ABB switchgear, Polycab cables, Havells lighting and L&T panel parts in the same shipment.

Question 5

MEP Contractors — What kind of post-sale support do you offer if a unit fails during commissioning?

Accepted Answer

Each authorised brand carries its standard manufacturer warranty. We coordinate the warranty replacement and arrange the swap with your site team — you don't deal with the OEM directly from the GCC.

Question 6

MEP Contractors — Do you offer credit terms for repeat MEP customers?

Accepted Answer

After two completed orders we discuss partial credit terms — typically a portion against LC at sight or DA, depending on the country.

Oil & Gas — Do you supply ATEX / IECEx certified equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — through our authorised partnerships with Schneider and Legrand. Each Ex-rated item ships with its certificate of conformity and the OEM's test report.

Oil & Gas — What lead times should we expect on Ex-rated motor starters?

Accepted Answer

Stocked items 2–3 weeks ex-Ahmedabad. Engineered-to-order items typically 8–14 weeks from PO confirmation, depending on the OEM factory queue.

Question 9

Oil & Gas — Can you deliver to a remote oilfield site in Saudi Arabia or Oman?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to your nominated GCC port (Jebel Ali, Dammam, Sohar, etc.). Inland transport from port to site is your or your forwarder's scope — we can recommend reliable inland carriers.

Infrastructure & Utilities — Are your supplied brands on the DEWA, SEC and SEWA approved-vendor lists?

Accepted Answer

Schneider, Legrand, L&T and Polycab are well-established across the major GCC utility AVLs. Specific approval per SKU and rating must be checked at quote time and we will confirm before invoice.

Infrastructure & Utilities — Do you supply factory test reports with the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — routine and type test reports come from the OEM with each shipment of switchgear and cables. For utility acceptance we can also arrange third-party witness testing on request.

Infrastructure & Utilities — Can you support spares orders 3 to 5 years after the original supply?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We retain order records and can re-quote spares to original specs as long as the OEM still produces the part. We flag obsolete items and recommend equivalents.

Question 13

Manufacturing — Can you supply matched VFD + motor sets for a specific load?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send your load profile (kW, RPM, duty cycle, ambient) and we will quote a matched Schneider or Legrand drive + motor package, including any required braking resistors and EMC filters.

Manufacturing — Do you supply PLC hardware too?

Accepted Answer

Limited PLC accessories (HMI, modules) on request via Legrand and Schneider channels. For the full PLC scope we partner with regional automation specialists rather than holding stock.

Question 15

Manufacturing — What's the typical lead time for energy-efficient IE3 motors?

Accepted Answer

We try to ship as fast as possible from Ahmedabad stock, but IE3 motors are often built-to-order at the OEM factory. Lead time is typically 6–8 weeks from PO confirmation, depending on the brand and rating.

Hospitality & Commercial — Can you match a specific finish or colour for switch plates?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most premium brands offer brushed steel, matte black, champagne and white finishes in the same modular range. Send the architect's spec or sample image and we quote against it.

Hospitality & Commercial — Do you supply lighting to a specific lux / colour temperature spec?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work to the lighting consultant's calculation and quote luminaire-by-luminaire (lumen, CRI, CCT, beam angle). Samples can be air-freighted before bulk order.

Hospitality & Commercial — Can deliveries be staged for a phased hotel refurbishment?

Accepted Answer

Standard practice. Most refurbs run in floor or wing sequences — we ship in matching phases so you're not storing months of stock on site.
