    Costed line by line.

    Product cost, freight, insurance, port handling and documentation, broken out per item. No vague “handling fees” on the final invoice. If a brand has a stock lead time longer than your job's window, we'll flag it and propose an alternative — never sell you a date we can't hit.

  3. Confirm order

    Payment received.
    Pick & pack begins.

    We accept payment via TT, LC at sight, and bank transfer. Once payment's in, we send a confirmation email and begin pick & pack. For larger projects, phased deliveries against site milestones are available.

  4. Track shipment

    Container number,
    BL & tracking link.

    Before goods leave Ahmedabad you receive: a full set of packing photos (open / packed / sealed), the container number, the bill of lading and a live tracking link. WhatsApp pings at port-in and port-out — signed by your account contact, not an automated bot.

  5. Receive delivery

    Signed off at your port.
    Balance on docs.

    On arrival at your destination port, your CHA collects originals against payment of the balance. We coordinate any inland trucking on request. Any missing-part or wrong-item claim raised inside 7 days is resolved by air-freight replacement at our cost — no debate.

    Each consignment from our authorised brand partners is opened, sample-tested and verified against the manufacturer's certificate of authenticity before stocking.
